Cancellation Policy
Please note that 48 hours notice is required to cancel or amend appointments. Less than this and a charge will be applied of £10 for gents appointments and £20 for female clients.
Clients that fail to show up for their appointment a charge of 50% of the appointment will be applied.
New Clients will be expected to pay for their appointment at the point of booking.
Lengthy Colour Work will require a £50 payment when booking the appointment.
