The Hair Group Academy

Within our salons, training has always been an important part of our ethos and we believe that apprentices play an important role within the business, which is why we give them the freedom to train with our Senior Stylists on real clients and not just training heads. We look for enthusiasm and commitment but more importantly, the passion to become a fantastic hairdresser. Within our Salons we are developing the hairdressers of tomorrow with the assistance from our clients who are patient and supportive of the team. You will see regular progress updates from the apprentices on The Hair Group Facebook page.

An apprentice within The Hair Group is an employee of the business and will be expected to train to level 3 in hairdressing. We have a high expectation from our young trainees and a level 2 can take anything up to 18 months and 12 months for a level 3 student. You will be expected to work hard and dedicate yourself to your own development, we can train you but at the end of day it is your career and it is your responsibility to make the commitment to succeed.

Academy Appointments

Supervised at all times, your appointment will take a bit longer however the end result will certainly be up to our 5 Star standard. We do offer a discount on salon prices however the Academy does get busy so book early to avoid disappointment. The Academy services are not available on Saturdays.
